By interacting with our WhatsApp hiring assistant, you agree that Adipoli Jobs may collect and process the professional profile information you provide, including your name, contact information, skills, experience, preferences, and resume/CV.

We use this information to find relevant opportunities and send job details to you. A match by itself does not authorize us to disclose your contact details or resume to an employer. We share those details with the verified employer for a specific vacancy only after you explicitly apply to that job.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information when you use our website or communicate with us through our WhatsApp hiring assistant:

Candidate Data: Name, mobile phone number, location, professional skills, job experience, preferences, and resume/CV information you provide.
Employer Data: Business name, contact person, office/shop address, email, phone number, vacancy information, and documents uploaded for business or identity verification.
Technical Data: IP address, browser and device information, and website interaction or analytics data collected through configured tags, cookies, or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process the collected data for the following purposes:

To create and maintain candidate or employer profiles and operate the WhatsApp-first hiring service.
To identify relevant jobs and send matching job alerts or application updates through WhatsApp.
To share a candidate's application details with the verified employer only after the candidate explicitly applies to that specific vacancy.
To verify employers and monitor the service for fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents.
To understand website usage and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.

3. Sharing of Candidate Data

Adipoli Jobs connects job seekers with verified employers. We may use candidate profile information internally to calculate or present relevant job matches. We do not release a candidate's phone number, contact details, or resume to an employer merely because a match exists. Those details are shared with the employer for a specific vacancy only after the candidate explicitly applies to that job. We do not sell candidate data to marketing agencies or third-party databases.

Service providers that help us operate the platform, such as WhatsApp/Meta, hosting, storage, email, analytics, or approved AI providers, may process limited data on our behalf where necessary to provide the service and subject to the relevant provider terms and safeguards.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain candidate and employer data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform from abuse. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

5. Data Deletion Instructions & Your Rights

You may request access to your profile data, correct your professional details, withdraw from job matching, or ask us to delete your candidate/employer profile, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

How to request deletion:

Send an email request to our privacy team at privacy@adipolijobs.com with enough information for us to verify the account.
Alternatively, reply directly to our WhatsApp assistant with the keyword DELETE PROFILE.

We will verify the request and process it as soon as reasonably practicable. We may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
