  • We will share your contact info, experience profile, and resume PDF files with registered employers and recruiters looking to hire for matching roles.
  • You authorize us to verify the accuracy of the resume files and credentials uploaded for safety and security.

We provide automated chat systems over WhatsApp to help candidates upload profiles/resumes and receive job details, and to help employers post vacancies, screen candidates, and verify compliance. We are not a recruitment agency or employer; we facilitate connections.

3. Employer Responsibilities & Verification

Employers using Adipoli Jobs agree to:

  • Provide accurate company and vacancy information.
  • Upload valid company documentation (e.g. GSTIN) for admin verification.
  • Use candidate data shared through the platform solely for the purpose of hiring for the posted vacancy, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations in India.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload fake resumes, false contact details, or fraudulent documents.
  • Spam candidates or employers with unrelated services or marketing pitches.
  • Use our chatbot or website for any illegal, harassing, or malicious activities. We employ AI filtering systems to flag and dismiss spam or fraud attempts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adipoli Jobs does not guarantee the accuracy of job posts, candidate qualifications, or successful employment outcomes. We are not liable for any disputes, agreements, or occurrences between candidates and employers arising from matches made on the platform. All hiring decisions are made independently by the respective parties.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter, pause, or suspend any aspect of the service (including WhatsApp chatbot interactions) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued usage indicates your acceptance of revised terms.
